Your account

You must give true details, keep your password private and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right to your photos and designs. When you send them to us, you allow us to use them only to provide what you asked for: designing, preparing, printing and delivering your album. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, and your clients' agreement where it is needed.

Using Layzbooks fairly

• Do not upload anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to use.
• Do not try to break into, overload or copy the app or our services.
• Do not use Layzbooks to send spam or to harm others.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Design, printing and delivery

Prices, sizes and delivery times are shown before you order. Nothing is printed until the design has been approved. Printed colours can differ slightly from screens. Delivery times are estimates. If an album arrives damaged or with a fault we caused, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it.

Payments and refunds

You pay the price shown when you order. Because every album is made to order, we cannot refund an approved design once printing starts, except under the reprint promise above.

The app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the Layzbooks app for your work. Do not resell it or take it apart. We keep improving it, and features may change.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Layzbooks reliable, but it is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of your photos. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can stop using Layzbooks and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies. Using Layzbooks after that means you accept the new terms.
